The Clearstate System is an infrastructure-first growth firm that installs and manages operational systems for businesses. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Front Desk infrastructure (AI-powered inbound communication systems)
- Lead capture, routing, and automation systems
- CRM setup and optimization
- Revenue expansion systems including paid acquisition (R.E.A.C.H.)
- Automation, workflows, and operational system builds
- Communication systems including SMS, email, and voice integration
We provide systems designed to structure, streamline, and scale business operations.
3. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Use the system in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not misuse, disrupt, or interfere with system operations
- Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials or system access
You are responsible for how your business uses the systems we install.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for:
- Spam, unsolicited messaging, or unlawful communications
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities
- Violations of telecommunications laws, including SMS regulations
- Any activity that may harm the integrity of our systems or other users
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.
5. Payments & Billing
All services are subject to agreed pricing structures, which may include:
- One-time installation fees
- Monthly maintenance or system management fees
- Performance-based or revenue share agreements (if applicable)
Payments must be made on time. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. Intellectual Property
All systems, workflows, automations, frameworks, and infrastructure built by The Clearstate System remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the systems for your business operations. You may not copy, resell, or distribute our systems without written permission.
7. Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available."
We do not guarantee specific financial results, revenue increases, or business outcomes. Results depend on multiple factors including your business operations, market conditions, and execution.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Clearstate System is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
- System downtime, delays, or third-party service failures
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services within the last 30 days.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Clearstate System from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from:
- Your use of our systems
- Violations of these Terms
- Non-compliance with applicable laws
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at any time if:

- Payments are not made
- Systems are misused
You may terminate services based on your agreement terms. Upon termination, access to systems may be revoked.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. GoHighLevel Platform Context
The Clearstate System uses GoHighLevel to manage communications and customer data. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You may receive emails, phone calls, voicemail, and SMS communications through our systems
- Communications may be automated for efficiency and operational purposes
- Your information is processed within this system to deliver services
- Consent is required before receiving SMS communications
15. SMS Messaging Terms
By opting into SMS communications from The Clearstate System, you agree to the following:
SMS Program Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service. By opting in to receive messages from The Louest Company LLC DBA The Clearstate System (TCS), you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Types of Messages You May Receive
- Appointment scheduling and confirmations
- Service updates and system notifications
- Follow-ups and onboarding communication
- Business-related communication tied to your engagement with The Clearstate System
Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to +1 (844) 787-9449 (demo line) or 323-905-7662 (operations). After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscription via SMS. If you want to rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
Message Frequency
You will receive messages on an appointment-based and operational basis. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
