This messaging program supports the Front Desk live demo experience. Visitors to theclearstate.io/demo submit their phone number to request an outbound call from Diana — TCS's AI-powered receptionist. The demo call proceeds regardless of SMS consent.

Users may optionally check a consent box to receive SMS messages from +1 (844) 787-9449, including a notification when Diana calls and a follow-up message after the call. No SMS is sent without this optional consent. SMS consent is never a condition of receiving the demo. This program falls under the Customer Care use case category.

Post-call follow-up — sent after the call ends, covered by the same consent:

• "You're all set. Your request has been received."
• "This is a follow-up regarding your interaction. Reply STOP to opt out."

6. Opt-Out Instructions

Users can cancel SMS at any time. Text STOP to +1 (844) 787-9449. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation SMS and no further messages will be sent.
